ABOUT OPPOSITES ATTRACT:
Opposites Attract is a fanlisting dedicated
to the relationship (all aspects of it- the good and/or the
bad) between Prince Lotor of Doom and Princess Allura of Arus
from the 80's anime, "Voltron: Defender of the Universe." It
is maintained and hosted by Purrsia (http://fanlistings.voltroncentral.net).
WHAT IS A FANLISTING?: According to
TheFanlistings.org, a fanlisting is, "A place for all fans
of a particular show, movie, actor, actress, singer, etc. to
come together and build the biggest listing of people from all

THE
SUBJECT OF THIS FANLISTING: In case you haven't caught on yet
;), it is the relationship between Prince Lotor and Princess
Allura from "Voltron". If you're a fan of either their
romantic potential or their rocky rivalry, then you're in the
right place. Or, hey, even if you're just a fan of "Voltron"
or 80's 'toons in general, you're still welcome to
join!
WHY: I've been a fan of Voltron since "back in the day". The
dynamic between these two chracters is still one of my favorite aspects as well.
So whether you think these two should end up together, or you just like the push-pull
of their relationship as it is in canon, then join!
HISTORY: Of course, in the series we remember Lotor having
a pretty unhealthy fixation on Allura, often costing him a victory. The otherwise
ruthless Prince had a soft spot for the Arusian Princess, and although she was often
revolted by his bad deeds, at times she seemed to hold out hope he could somehow
change.
Most fans may think Keith and Allura belong together, and there
certainly is canon evidence pointing one in that direction, particularly during
Season Two. But hey, under the right circumstances, this Prince and Princess could be
together, right? Their interactions, at any rate, made Voltron more interesting to say
the least. If you agree, this fanlist is for you.
